Back in Finland

The last days in Menorca went by in a flash. The wind remained strong, and the time period when we were allowed to do records was over. So we relaxed for the last couple of days and evenings (and took care of the payments and paperwork necessary for the dives and national records).

At six on Friday morning we went to the airport with Jyri, only to find out that the plane had broken down and the flight was cancelled (or several hours late at least). This meant that we would not make it onto our connecting flights either, but in the end we were back home already early Saturday morning, earlier than we expected.

After being away for several weeks we all had a lot of work waiting for us in Finland. In addition to this, Jyri had to travel to England for work right away, and Eero was ill. We also had some problems with the judge videos, but now everything is ok, and the records will be 100% official as soon as AIDA Finland has accepted the paperwork that Francois has to deliver to them. Because of all of this we have not had a chance to write a diary entry for a while…

We will still write a summary of the whole project together, as soon as we ar all three in Finland and healthy. Meanwhile, here is a link to all the videos that we posted during the trip, all in one place:
